The bus ride from Don Sak Pier to Koh Sak National Park should take ~3 hours. Check Ferry & Bus Schedules from Koh Samui to Khao Sok. From Phuket and Koh Phi Phi. Another option is to fly to Phuket International Airport (airport code: HKT). From there it's a 3-hour bus, minivan, or taxi ride north to Khao Sok.
